The Forest Park Civic Association was incorporated in April 1962 and continues as an Ohio non-profit corporation under Sections 1702.01 et seq. of the Ohio Revised Code.

In 2021 the FPCA applied for status as a tax exempt organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. We are awaiting notification. Dues or contributions are not currently tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. When this changes, information as to deductibility of such will be provided.
